I got the modem yesterday, and follow the guide to install. I try to sign in this app and it’s show “Something went wrong, there’s been an unexpected error”. I called the customer service hotline, no agent pick my call for whole day. How can I fix this problem?

Doesn’t even open anymore
With password reset i still cant log in, i used to reset my modem through it. This new update sucks.
Still not working
Just updated the app today (Aug 4 2026) and it still won’t let me log in. Still get the “Something went wrong. There was an unexpected error”. This is insanity! Cant change anything or properly secure our wifi without the app as Rogers locks out the majority of the settings on the backend and says it requires you to log into the app to change those settings.
Rogers fix your broken app or unlock the router settings on the backend!!!

Got a message from developers with instructions on fixing the problem. Tried all steps and still no go for log in!
FIX YOUR DAMN APP ROGERS OR UNLOCK ROUTER BACKEND!

I have talked to tech support and they said they are aware of the issue. Its been a week and a half and still no fix to the app. Did not have this many issues when it was Shaw, ever since Rogers took over our service has been garbage! Nothing but problems!!!!
