Keep daying to update, but not update available

I no longer can access the app because it want an update that don’t exist. I got an old phone, but it was working fine before…

Trying to update app without success

Being a long-time FIDO customer, (over 20 years), to not be able to have access to the FIDO app despite attempting to download the new update is beyond frustrating! Customer Service has been sub par, and I may have to consider another phone provider after all these years of loyalty.
Disappointing.

Insane!!

I don’t have the money to upgrade phones, yet the only way to access my dang account is to just go and drop a bunch of money on a new phone I don’t even need. Thanks Fido!! 😡
