That's not an app. Calling it an app is strictly performative. Plus account access loops or dead-end not uncommon

Can’t log in

This app doesn’t even give me an option to log in ANYWHERE

This app is horrible I can never click on my bill to see or to pay. It needs to be fixed because it’s not worked forever

App won’t open suddenly, getting annoying

Do my fees actually pay for this?

I needed live chat. Keeps saying to log into the app. Did that 3 times, which is ridiculous considering you have to be logged in to get to the live chat option in the first place. Then tells me that Live Chat is closed for the option I need. Why bother having Live Chat then?
Guess I have to call again tomorrow, for the fifth time to talk to the fifth different person. The app is not at all helpful, and it's really slow. I barely have time to get the emailed code to the app before it times out, why email? Because the app won't let me change to text. So much fun.
