Trying to update app without success
Being a long-time FIDO customer, (over 20 years), to not be able to have access to the FIDO app despite attempting to download the new update is beyond frustrating! Customer Service has been sub par, and I may have to consider another phone provider after all these years of loyalty.

iPhone 8 can’t use Fido App now since you change to new system
Very upset with not having access to my account . Hearing you don’t support iPhone 8 anymore this pushing us to buy new phones . I travel and now can’t get the original app or the new one . New new phone company I guess . Sad Worst App ever

The newest update has stopped me from view my app and taking advantage of the Fido service. It would be nice if you could include legacy phones like iPhone 8.

App won’t open unless you update. Every single time they update.

If you want a phone plan that gives you ridiculous surcharges, to then be told that nothing can be done about them due to them being from your previous billing cycle, this is the company for you.
If you want awful customer service, this is the company for you.
If you want a plan that is impossible to cancel, email support addresses that don’t exist, an ai livechat that can essentially do nothing for you, customer service phone numbers that lead to other phone numbers that lead to other phone numbers that lead to a callback that doesn’t happen, this is the company for you.
This company should be prosecuted. I don’t know how their practices aren’t illegal.

App won’t open up
Hello, it keeps telling me a new update is available and I press OK and I don’t see any new updates when it take my to App Store.This happens when I press onto the app on my phone
Application fails to load data
App says update available, when update button pressed it takes to App Store and says open but in the search it says IOS 17 or later is required . I don’t have iOS 17 . So app doesn’t open. What should I do? Mr developer are you aware of this????
Displays harm to children symbols
The app is now showing a known child harm symbolism. The app also does not function half of the time. Very sad that a company who used dogs now shows child harm.

Why is the app have an offensive political stance and forced users to have it?
Tricking Customers
Fido has now removed their politically charged logo from the App Store, but when you update or download the app, the rainbow logo is still forced into your face by being forced onto your personal device.

If not rectified, definitely leaving Fido as they don’t have much to offer anyway.

My app account
It has shown me on the app it needs an update I go check into the app area and it doesn’t show me it doesn’t need an update any ideas what to do? Kinda need to go in and use those freebies hours while I’m at work and if I can’t grab em my hour data’s goes off quickly need help
Can’t open app
I have iPhone 8. When I started to download the app, it’s froze up on me. The login page is frozen and I can’t get into my account anymore. Now that I looked in a very pale gray writing it says for iPhone 17 version which I didn’t see at the time I tried downloading the app. How can I get into my account now. I really need help.
