This product is just plain awful. I have watched the videos. I have talked to the company. From the bluetooth pairing to the incompatibility with various software packages, it disappoints on all fronts. This is not rocket science. It just plain disappoints. I would pay 3 x as much for a product that works. But NO……. Two thumbs down.

Don’t upgrade
The upgrade doesn’t work and the developer doesn’t respond when emailed, as per their instructions. I had to run out and buy another page turner for a gig (got a Donner - works great). The airturn is now a doorstop.
I can't do what this app is supposed to do.
My pedals won't update, whether on my iPad or iPhone.
The pedal also cannot connect to the iPad.

Support For BT200-S
IOS 26 broke connections and AirTurn will not update the firmware. I have 3 useless pedals. They were great until then.
Losing connection
Always Losing connection to my DUO 500 and Need to reset everything hoping it will work again. Just annoying
No fuction with IOs 26
The Bluetooth connection to the IPad between the BT200 and the Pad dies Not work anymore since IOs26. The Manger does not help
App crashes non-stop
Since the AirTurn app has become completely unstable, I can no longer use it with AUM. It's now a $90 bluetooth pdf page turner. Thanks, AirTurn.

Bluetooth Not Working
Been almost a month since my first request. I think I’m on #5. Bluetooth is not working properly. Can’t get app to accept the commands I’m trying to put in, app just keeps crashing. Still works on my I pad that is not updated so definitely the last software update

Suite à la mise à jour de mon iPad mon BT200 ne fonctionne plus. Il se connecte en Bluetooth mais dès que j’appuie sur une touche il se déconnecte et se reconnecte aussitôt. J’ai essayé avec une tablette androïde et un MacBook Pro et cela fonctionne parfaitement. J’ai envoyé un message à l’assistance mais aucune réponse.

The app randomly crashes, like while I am trying to write this review! But usually when testing buttons on my bt200.
No update
I have been using BT200 for a few years. Recently it just stopped working. I found out from their website that they haven’t figured out how to work with OS 26. And they offered 50% off for a new Airturn. Are you kidding me? Why should I fork over more money for bad tech support?
App is buggy
The app disconnects from my AirTurn BT200/S-2. Can’t update the firmware.
Air Turn Ped crashing IOS 26
After upgrading to IOS 26 my Air Turn Ped (white) stopped working. It works in an older phone with IOS 18. Do not upgrade, until there is a new firmware update. If not the pedal is useless on IOS 26. It works great with IOS 15-18.
Mise à jour et hop plus rien ne marche
Suite à une mise à jour de tout est planté et concert très en difficulté. Impossible de faire une autre mise à jour. Pas fiable du tout du coup. Je vais changer de marque de tourné page.
Pas facile à prendre en main
Tout est dit dans le titre, les paramètres ne sont pas tous facile à comprendre mais au moins ça fait une pédale où tous les paramètres sont accessibles à la configuration.
Problème avec iPad OS26
Ma pédale AirTurn BT-200 S-2 fonctionnait à merveille jusqu’à ce que je fasse la mise à jour OS26. Elle a continué à fonctionner de manière complètement erratique，j’ai donc essayé de la désappairer puis de la réappairer pour résoudre le problème，mais impossible de la réappairer …
Elle est donc maintenant complètement inutilisable !

Air turn was working well, but now will only connect if done from AirTurn app & then only operates on AirTurn manual! Used to be discoverable in Bluetooth & then operate on most apps. Tried on various iPads -no joy! Followed instructions in manual but nothing seems to get the unit to work properly
