Couldn't even able to sign up. Phone verification fails. Tired different browsers, apps on different phones too. So don’t waste time

How do I even track a package?
Haven’t used the app to buy, for all I know it might work perfectly well in that regard.
Bought an item on third party website. The seller gave me an air waybill code to track the package. Thought I could just enter the code and track like on any other carrier website but oh no... first had to create an account, giving away information I would rather not have, such as personal number/name/etc. Then browsed through to try and find how to track. Nothing for it, nothing in the faq and the « help » basically just redirects to the website.
It’s a great idea really, putting aside possible scams and security issues as in any online service, but it’s just not doing what I would want it to. I just want to track my package without having to sign up for a whole account.

Awful don’t waste you data download
Useless site . Huge risk when site asks for ID to help it . You have no control on where your data is held or how to delete it when you want close account. Forget there support line no answers.
