How do I even track a package?
Bought an item on third party website. The seller gave me an air waybill code to track the package. Thought I could just enter the code and track like on any other carrier website but oh no... first had to create an account, giving away information I would rather not have, such as personal number/name/etc. Then browsed through to try and find how to track. Nothing for it, nothing in the faq and the « help » basically just redirects to the website.
It’s a great idea really, putting aside possible scams and security issues as in any online service, but it’s just not doing what I would want it to. I just want to track my package without having to sign up for a whole account.

Hi! According to our privacy policy, all what you need to do is to email privacy@airwaybill.com and your account will be deleted. We assure you that we do not have any email that is not responded to. Waiting for your request to directly delete the information that you provided us with. Thank you.
App seems ok but the actual prices for delivery seem poor

As our app is having a global reach, new requests appears and get fulfilled and others that maybe having less shipping fees close to our floor price of $20 may remain for longer time. We just encourage to add your trips regularly and you will be informed with new requests that may meet your expectations. $100 per trip is something that happens frequently on the app. We wish you safe trips and great fun while bridging the gap and beating the distance!
Registration & Sign-in does work

Hi Khaled, Welcome to AirWayBill! "User does not exist" message will only show up if the user has not yet registered to the app. We are very confident that you registered with an account and tried to log in with another account and that made such an error appear. As only in this case you can get "User does not exist" error if the you already signed up. Please update to Ver. 1.2 as we added new features and let us know through the app through "Contact Support" or "Send Feedback", and our developers - The best in Silicon Valley- will do their best to make your experience flawless.
