Doesn’t work

Gives a NULL error whenever you try to confirm a package. Deleted and reinstalled same error. Doesn’t work at all. Don’t choose AIS if you plan to travel. iPhone XS.

Crashes on startup

Can get the app to load. Crashes on startup. Uninstalled and reinstalled several times on my iPhone 6 plus. Please sort this out.

App was great with the old iOS. Very convent for a frequent traveller like me. However, with the new iOS upgrade the app doesn't work anymore. It is just frozen on the one page which is frustrating. Please fix.
