Cannot log in from another country

I am AIS user and i study in other countries, they don’t allow me to log in from other countries, if i use vpn, dont allow me to log in . No VPN , there is an error. It should be fixed

Everything you need

The app is a one stop shop to get everything accomplished from topping up to checking usage to upgrading or using promo features. I find it more useful than similar service provider apps in USA

Bloated - Memory Hog

Why does this application constantly require more storage? I seldom use the application and is now consuming nearly 600mb. Way too much storage being used.

Unhelpful

Long standing customer of 3BB but all its online assistance appears to have migrated to AIS via this very ordinary and disappointing app.
It simply does not work. I was trying to report and seek assistance with a home broadband issue - this used to be easy with the 3BB app - but every time you tried to report an issue it defaulted to the app’s Chat Bot which did not work and even if you changed the language to English provided messages in Thai.
Eventually managed to get a form to be submitted to its Call Centre but it was entirely geared to a mobile phone fault when the issue was with a 3BB home internet package.
Very frustrating and disappointing.
