Cannot log in from another country
I am AIS user and i study in other countries, they don’t allow me to log in from other countries, if i use vpn, dont allow me to log in . No VPN , there is an error. It should be fixed

The app is a one stop shop to get everything accomplished from topping up to checking usage to upgrading or using promo features. I find it more useful than similar service provider apps in USA
Bloated - Memory Hog
Why does this application constantly require more storage? I seldom use the application and is now consuming nearly 600mb. Way too much storage being used.

Long standing customer of 3BB but all its online assistance appears to have migrated to AIS via this very ordinary and disappointing app.
It simply does not work. I was trying to report and seek assistance with a home broadband issue - this used to be easy with the 3BB app - but every time you tried to report an issue it defaulted to the app’s Chat Bot which did not work and even if you changed the language to English provided messages in Thai.
Eventually managed to get a form to be submitted to its Call Centre but it was entirely geared to a mobile phone fault when the issue was with a 3BB home internet package.
Very frustrating and disappointing.

Problem with App
Can’t open the App only loads to 70%
Heavy on storage
App in itself stutters and doesn’t operate smoothly but the icing on the cake is that including the extra documents and data that the app downloads, it ends up making this app take up around 700mb when all I do is open it to pay a bill.

For my needs I can’t fault it. Just been to Bangkok for 3 days celebrating Māgha Pūjā Day and when I landed 🛬 I was greeted with 7 days free internet 🛜 FANTASTIC 🤩🤩

Who designs a mobile data app for their own services which stops working when you run out of data?! Just how are you supposed to top up? Fix it you idiots.

It kept saying that it can’t open the app due to my vpn, which is a bad reason even if I was using the vpn. Even after shutting down the vpn, the app doesn’t open due to ‘the vpn”. This is driving me crazy!
Can’t disable annoying notifications
There are switches in the app that supposedly allow you to disable annoying SMSs from AIS. They will reset to the “on” position, and AIS will continue to spam you.

Endless marketing text messages with no way to turn them off in the app (I blocked them and reported as spam). If there is a way to do it, I wouldn’t know because there’s no option to change the language to English. Twice I’ve topped up and my ฿500 just disappeared. I bought the NFL Package but they don’t tell you until you try to access it that their app doesn’t work on iPhones or LG Smart TVs (and they don’t refund - scammers). Absolute garbage of an app and a company with no regard for user experience.

Freezes and Crashes
This app is junk and is constantly freezing, locking at 32% when loading and crashes. You would think they could get this right but this has been a problem for years.

Holy bro apparently 1 bar of 5g isn’t enough to load anything let alone 2 I would recommend never ever using or even trying out this internet provider
