Worst internet service ever
If you are new to Thailand, never use this internet service, after you pay a hefty fee, no internet will be provided, even though it says 5G, if you are thinking of billing monthly automatically, it also doesn’t work because most of the time the “error” will block the transaction so after a month, your internet will stop working and need to go to a physical store to pay manually, never use the internet service here.

There is no way to rearrange all added number, apparently it’s not sorting by anything at all just randomly there. Been waiting for year already.

Not possible to update credit card details
I've been a customer for years. Now I need to update my credit card. It's not possible!!! I keep getting a message: "Reference code fraud check." My SIM card was registered with my passport when I bought it at the True store. Back then, I could also register my credit card for top-ups in the app. Why is that no longer possible? Why make everything so complicated? Why aren't credit cards from foreigners accepted?
