Crashes

iPhone 15 Pro Max (iOS up to date) - constantly crashes and closes out. Cannot perform any functions. Major bugs! Beware!

Hello, Please help to email stanleyhsu@asustor.com or contact support team to provide the NAS model, ADM version, Surveillance Center version, and the connection method from the iPhone (Wi-Fi or mobile network? IP or Cloud ID). We cannot reproduce the issue here now, we may need more detailed information to figure out the issue and resolve it. Thanks a lot.

Cameras not supported

All of the common CCTV cameras I own are not supported. The list of actual tested cameras is very small. Absolutely useless!

Hello, There are many brands and IP cameras in the world, and we cannot support all cameras in the market. Please refer to https://www.asustor.com/service/ipcam?id=ipcam to check the compatibility, or check if your cameras supports ONVIF or RTSP protocol.
