Laggy, no push notifications

The app is kinda useful but has significant flaws: 1. The camera's live feed is horribly laggy/stuttery like 1 frame per second, even when connected at home via the local IP, I'm scared to imagine how bad it would be through the EZ-connect. I'm also using a cloud camera service app simultaneously with the Asustor surveillance for the same camera, and the live feed in that cloud service is absolutely great, without any stutter even when I'm not at home. 2. I expected this app to send me push notifications when the motion is detected but that doesn't happen. Even though push notifications are enabled both in the app and in the iOS settings for the app, and motion detection/recording is enabled in the Surveillance center and works well and the motion events are successfully get logged in this app, there are still no push notifications when the motion gets detected. Disappointing.

Crashes

iPhone 15 Pro Max (iOS up to date) - constantly crashes and closes out. Cannot perform any functions. Major bugs! Beware!

Hello, Please help to email stanleyhsu@asustor.com or contact support team to provide the NAS model, ADM version, Surveillance Center version, and the connection method from the iPhone (Wi-Fi or mobile network? IP or Cloud ID). We cannot reproduce the issue here now, we may need more detailed information to figure out the issue and resolve it. Thanks a lot.

Cameras not supported

All of the common CCTV cameras I own are not supported. The list of actual tested cameras is very small. Absolutely useless!

Hello, There are many brands and IP cameras in the world, and we cannot support all cameras in the market. Please refer to https://www.asustor.com/service/ipcam?id=ipcam to check the compatibility, or check if your cameras supports ONVIF or RTSP protocol. Ужас, а не программа

Мало того что тормозит, так постоянно теряет камеры. Посмотреть запись нереально. А потом вообще перестает писать некоторые. Думаешь сейчас глянешь запись, а фиг. Приложения для MacOS нет. Только кривой веб интерфейс с дизайном 90-х годов. Очень жалею что купил Asustor :( одни отрицательные эмоции
