Hello, Please help to email stanleyhsu@asustor.com or contact support team to provide the NAS model, ADM version, Surveillance Center version, and the connection method from the iPhone (Wi-Fi or mobile network? IP or Cloud ID). We cannot reproduce the issue here now, we may need more detailed information to figure out the issue and resolve it. Thanks a lot.
Cameras not supported

Hello, There are many brands and IP cameras in the world, and we cannot support all cameras in the market. Please refer to https://www.asustor.com/service/ipcam?id=ipcam to check the compatibility, or check if your cameras supports ONVIF or RTSP protocol. You can connect the Cameras via ONVIF or RTSP if there are not in the compatibility list. Please email to stanleyhsu@asustor.com if any further problems or suggestions. Thanks a lot.
