you can get it to connect but can’t use cam. refund the product an delete this app.

The instruction manual that comes with the tool says to connect the device via the device’s personal WIFI -not- Bluetooth. If you read the manual and follow the instructions, the app camera works great - pretty clear quality, ability to mirror the image, and (if wanted for whatever reason) record as well.

Won’t work
There is virtually no directions; just download the app and then it just says “not connected”! The scope turns on and only the light works, no camera!

I can never connect to the device. I go back & forth between the app & the settings for hours, charging my device & it won’t connect. So far, it was a waste of money

The wifi connection doesn’t establish long enough to even see the camera.
Issues
Not connecting to Bluetooth to set up /use even though the earwax removal tool is in range. Noticed app hasn’t been updated in 4 months.
