The camera and app are great, good for monitoring weather, catching porch pirates or monitoring inside. The only problem is that when I try to go into full screen camera view, one half of the screen is half the camera view and the other half is blank. Even when I rotate my phone it still happens.

Had it for a week. Wi-Fi won’t connect never been able to use it to find out if it is any good. Waist of money. Trying to get a refund
App need update
App works well with apple and iOS but major glitches for android. Cam fails to load on android devices. Please fix the issue.

They are still charging me for the cloud storage and I no longer use my cameras but I have no option to opt out?

App works ok but with the new 16 os operating system when you switch landscape mode for wide view it doesn’t work properly

La fonction plein écran ne fonctionne plus depuis la dernière mise à jour iOS. Tous les autres logiciels caméra ont remédié sauf aisee.
Too much work, not reliable and expensive monthly cost
We purchased 5 cameras and 5 monthly services. These cameras hasn’t worked since we purchased them 2021. We paid Best Buy tech $189.00 to install them because installation instructions were in Chinese or Something. We are paying $4.99 per cameras a month for storage of footage.
These cameras are always offline. Never records.
I upgraded my internet services to have stronger internet connection and these cameras are still offline. No customer services to talk or technical support… NOTHING 🤬🤬🤬🤬

Curieux, un seul avis …….!!!
Ça fonctionne, mais je trouve qu’il manque un manuel d’utilisation détaille en Français. Je n’ai pas acheté d’autre camera. De toute façon le type de ma caméra est vendue par beaucoup de vendeurs et il y a au moins six applications différentes. Mais évidemment les caméras ne fonctionnent qu’avec l’application communiquée avec chaque caméra. Ce qui veut dire que l’on ne peut pas essayer d’autre application que celle dédiée, dommage ! Il semblerait que personne ne lise ces avis actuellement deux en comptant le mien. Le réglage de l’heure : je n’arrive pas à me caler correctement. J’ai une heure de retard en me calant sur Paris J’ai besoin d’aide ! Même en chinois ou en anglais, Google traduira ! Merci par avance. —> 5 étoiles si l’on me répond.

Only suggestion is quieter operation upon movement of camera other then that a 5 star product
Don’t buy this crap
Will not connect, will not reset, will not give prompt sound, won’t do anything it is intended to do. Ran 2.4ghz like it said, nothing, followed every command and problem fix it suggested and nothing. Wasted hours assuming this little camera would not beat me, it indeed did. Waste of time and money!!
