The camera and app are great, good for monitoring weather, catching porch pirates or monitoring inside. The only problem is that when I try to go into full screen camera view, one half of the screen is half the camera view and the other half is blank. Even when I rotate my phone it still happens.

App works well with apple and iOS but major glitches for android. Cam fails to load on android devices. Please fix the issue.

They are still charging me for the cloud storage and I no longer use my cameras but I have no option to opt out?

Too much work, not reliable and expensive monthly cost
We purchased 5 cameras and 5 monthly services. These cameras hasn’t worked since we purchased them 2021. We paid Best Buy tech $189.00 to install them because installation instructions were in Chinese or Something. We are paying $4.99 per cameras a month for storage of footage.
These cameras are always offline. Never records.

Don’t buy this crap
Will not connect, will not reset, will not give prompt sound, won’t do anything it is intended to do. Ran 2.4ghz like it said, nothing, followed every command and problem fix it suggested and nothing. Wasted hours assuming this little camera would not beat me, it indeed did. Waste of time and money!!

Usually I don’t really write reviews. However for the cost which is under £40 depends where you order it from, it “works well” I was able to use it, user friendly works well in colour. The night mode pixel is a little grainy but I was cool with it. The recording was clear, able to store (you have to pay extra for storage) hence I said £40 ish. It was sufficient for me to use over my ill mother and behaviour of vampire families as evidence. Also it was a good way to look back for memories and quality time with your loss ones.
