I was made to download this app because I bought Nero gum at Costco and they’re offering a cash back refund online, but apparently you have to download this app. Well, guess what, the app doesn’t work! No reimbursement :(
Been using this app for a year, there were sometimes hiccups with getting reimbursed -you have to follow up and request support if they don’t recognize an online receipt. Now recently I’m sending receipts but I’m unable to get reimbursed. I requested support on the offers as well as on the app itself. But no response from their support team. I bought multiples of items bc they were bogo and now the app is “ghosting” me. I dont know if there’s a problem in the app/software or something else. Hoping to get this resolved soon. Thank you.

Spent close to $2,000 on things that they offered, everything was approved and money was on its way, out of nowhere they suspend my account and decline all my transaction with no explanation. Sent them picture proof of all 25+ in hand, with receipt and they still won’t respond or tell me why. I’m stuck with $ 2000 worth of product! Look at there account on the BBB(1.1 star rating) before you fall into their trap

Worst cash back app
So yes the offers are real but they won’t give you the full amount back for the free offers. After a big back and forth the support had a very condescending tone towards me (to make me look stupid). If you buy an item from a different retailer other than Walmart they aren’t going to give you the full amount you paid despite the total clearly being shown on your receipt. Don’t download this app it’s terrible and their support is terrible just get Ibotta or fetch instead. Save your time and effort don’t download this app it sucks I wish I could give it negative stars

Prepare to actually not get any cash back
Purchased an item and submitted a receipt, never got my cash back, so I feel like I got scammed to be honest. It seems that every time I use this app there is something else wrong and I have to contact support to fix. I have been in contact with customer support for well over a week now and they keep saying they are “escalating the issue” but nothing seems to happen. Pretty poor customer service with this company.

Good concept but annoying execution & confusing
You get a text for every single offer you activate. Then they text you reminders and keep texting you after. So you find 18 deals? Yep. 18 texts! The rules aren’t clear in the app so you end up not getting paid for a lot of things.
I will say the good thing is the free items or the BOGOs when it’s actually a BOGO and not a B2GO. They don’t cover tax on the free item so it’s not technically free, keep that in mind.
Oh and I do like how fast the payout is as long as it doesn’t glitch.
I did it for a few weeks but honestly I’ll be deleting my account once I’m paid up because the process is just a lot.
Customer service is nice though so that’s a plus.
Anyway, I’d come back if they made it less clunky.

Such a fun app, I intentionally go on here before shopping so I can try new goodies. I love the cash app and freebies
Get money back
I thought it would be a good app to save but im spending more than i get back. I don’t have many options on the items in my area so I rarely look at the app to find what to buy. Also being rushed in stores with stores packed at all hours long lines with a few cashiers. The app is ok if you have the money to buy in bulk i think.

Customer Service Sucks
If a product isn’t recognized from your receipt, customer service is nonexistent! Not worth it for more expensive items.
Not worth the hassle
This app seemed like a great way to try new products and it really is when things go smoothly. However, if you have any issues with redemption being declined or being processed for the wrong amount, there is absolutely no recourse. You can text the support, but they will absolutely ghost you and the issue will never get resolved, so if you’re good with taking a chance on products you may or may not be reimbursed for - go for it.

I got an iPhone so I could download this app and when you send your receipt it says no offers found even if offer was preselected

Directed here from a Facebook ad that resulted in having to download app and sign up, only discover offer promoted wasn’t as described. Feels fraudulent.

A Giant Pain - Not Worth the Trouble
When I first started using the app it worked well but these last few months have made me despise it. First of all, their tech sucks - it can’t read/find half the damn products that it shows. Then if you have a long receipt - forget about it- there’s no chance it’ll find jr because you have to take on picture of the entire receipt. I’ve got other apps that let you take sections and their tech puts it together but these bozos haven’t figured it out today. Literally today I bought two items (both listed on the app) and it still “had trouble finding it” then, I get notified that there are “no more rewards available”. Do yourself a favor and skip this app.

Pictures don’t load
I’ve never had a problem being reimbursed but lately 98% of the pictures don’t load. This makes it very difficult for me as I do best with visuals

Not only is the app not working but they were supposed to give me $1 and I got 1¢ instead!!
Stopped working
I love using this app and it’s saved me a ton of money shopping and allowing me to try new products, however, recently the app won’t stay open and auto closes everytime I click on it. I’ve tried deleting and re-downloading to no avail. I hope it’s a glitch that gets corrected quickly!!
