Better than expected
I’ve bought men’s shirts from Namshi and Centrepoint before, but recently tried AIVI and honestly liked the experience better. The shirt fit really well, the quality was good, and I found the style I was looking for without much hassle. Pretty happy with the purchase!

I’ve tried buying jeans from Namshi and Centrepoint before but I didn’t always find the fit I was looking for. Recently tried AIVI for men's jeans and honestly I liked the fit and styles much better. The quality was good too and the whole shopping experience was pretty smooth. Definitely happy with this one!

Worst customer service experience
I order items and came with wrong color,there is no place where I can complain on the app regarding the issue only call or email,so I asked for exchange and tooks almost 10 days for pickup and receive , when it comes after 10 days it was the same item which I’ve sent.
I sent an email complaining that regards, they replied that I will be contacted in 48 hours and no one appears.
I requested for exchange the courier picked up the item again and it is one week of waiting now.
I am really disappointed with my experience with this App
