Not there yet, but great start
I will need to go back and do more training, some of these items may be me not understanding how to operate the software. I thought I was prepared before I left the office after spending hours watching videos. With that said I gave this thing a trial run and it was one of the most frustrating experiences I’ve had during an inspection. The sketch is wildly confusing, with pop points not populating, and for some reason it wants to make everything a triangle. Also, unhelpful hints on what you need to do, I ended up looking up videos in the field. Couldn’t get the rooms to open exhibits to add photos. Lots of things that were shown in the online video were either not the same or didn’t work. Driving comps was also ridiculous with no way to access a map in mobile app. Had to prepare a separate google map with my comp locations so I could drive them. With how much time this software cost me today and how much they are charging for it I can’t recommend it. I will be giving it another chance and will update if indeed the shortcomings were my fault.

Not ready for real appraisal workflows
Based on my experience, this app is not ready for production use. It lacks core functionality needed for modern appraisal workflows, including support for UAD 2.6 / 3.6 form filling. There’s also no LiDAR integration or reliable sketching capabilities, which are essential for efficient fieldwork
