I really like how smooth and simple this app operates. I mostly like how responsive the developer is, always taking constructive criticisms to improve the product.
The data collection ability is better than other 3.6 apps I’ve tried. The sketching is plausible but generally good. The reported updates will make it more stable for field guys.
It imports seamlessly with the desktop version. I can’t wait to see how it progresses in a month or two.

Perfectly designed for UAD 3.6. Very intuitive and user friendly.
Unreliable- lost me money an clients
had a very disappointing experience with this app. The AI-generated data was often inaccurate and required constant manual correction. In some cases, it even filled in information that wasn’t correct, which is a serious issue for something as sensitive as appraisals.
