My old eyes have the hardest time attempting to read these words and there’s no way to enlarge them. PLEASE PLEASE adjust it on your end so those of us with old eye balls can enjoy the app. The ring is pretty and I think it tracks well. I’d know better about its functionality if I could read the text.

Only critique is the time is stuck on 24 hour time and no way to switch to 12 hour time.

Complete trash! The ring will not connect to my phone anymore and also when put on the base the light is always fully charged! Even though I left it off the charger for almost 2weeks.
One major issue...
It doesn't support notifications for iMessage, just SMS! Otherwise the app is really nice and runs smoothly.

Battery issues
When the ring is on the charger it says charging in the app and the second I take it off it’s unable to find it in the Bluetooth list again or won’t connect. The app offers no help to find a way to connect with someone for a replacement I was so excited for this thing 😒

app not responsive
I can swipe back on the app, but the actual back button doesn’t work. Reminders aren’t able to be added. Some fields aren’t clickable. Birthday reminder fields don’t work either.

Simple to Use, but Major Glitch on My Phone
I really like how simple and easy this app is to use — the interface is clean, and everything works the way it’s supposed to.
BUT there’s one issue that’s driving me crazy: the app triggers a glitch on my phone that turns on blue boxes around all the text on my screen. I’m not sure what setting it’s affecting, but it only happens after using this app, and it’s extremely frustrating.
I’d love to keep using it because the app itself is great, but this glitch really needs to be fixed. If the developers can address that problem, it would easily be a 5-star app for me.

Issues with navigating
Over all the app is fine but every time you enter a data point like temp or heart rate the back button does not work. You have force close the app and re open it to get back to the home page.
No touch
I don’t have an option to even use the smart touch?
No values to Apple Health
Why are there no actual values shared with Apple health? No heart rate, o2, temp, etc. only value is steps. What good is even having it do that? It’s nearly worthless.
Connection issue
I can’t connect to iPhone 16
Can’t update ring firmware
Attempting to update firmware gives an error stating that there is a problem with the network. Will upgrade review to 5 stars when this issue is resolved. I like this app, and the ring, otherwise.
Junk
No matter what you do, it won’t add the ring. Stay away!!!
