Lousy app

This app stopped recording my fitness/steps, sleep, and mind body readiness but continues to read/record my heart rate and blood oxygen. Also as I was troubleshooting, all my previous data has disappeared. Very disappointing app.

NOT AS ADVERTISED

When i saw the ad for this product it was labeled as the "halo" ring, could track all these health related things, etc. Upon arrival & fresh out of the box- the ring won't charge, won't stay connected through the app, & doesnt work. Terrible product.

Doesnโ€™t work

My ring will not link to the app. I also couldnโ€™t change any of my personal metrics in the app itself. I contacted the support and they told me that this app is having too many issues and to try a different one, but they both do not work.

Not worth it

First thing the ring was advertised with a bundle of things ( 2 portable charges, a cup, silicone covering and an extra wire charger) none of that came with the ring. Complete false advertisement. The charge on the ring doesn't last for more than a day. The steps don't match up with my Apple Watch even when I wear them the same time. I'm unable to record my naps. Total
Waste of money. Not recommend.

Not consistent

I have to reset my ring way too much. Not happy with it.
