Didn’t last even a year
Don’t mess with this thermal printer; worked good until it didn’t in less than a year, wasted a roll of labels fuqing with it.
great app but my battery on my printer is being confusing
I love this printer so much but it told me that my battery was low and now when I plug it in it isn’t charging and it just happened suddenly and I don’t know what to do with it because it was working and then stopped working after giving me a battery warning saying that I need to plug it in so I plugged it in but there wasn’t a flashing green light like it usually does when charging and I don’t know what to do

Cool printer
So far I haven’t experienced any problems with the printer or app, mine connected to my iPhone BT without any issue, a little bit of a learning curve to adjust the letters and font size and the formatting of the paper to place how I want the label layout to look, now I have labels on everything lol…

Border is not loading
I’ve loved this printer so far it’s been great for labeling my plants as I started planning my garden seeds overly early this summer. I used a few of the images and borders. I hadn’t tried to do so again until today the app is up-to-date. I have proper Wi-Fi. I have my Bluetooth on and connected to the printer. It’s charged plenty but the images for border options just spin and spin and refused to load and I don’t understand why.
