Always having problems
My ring dies excessively quick if I’m busy. I mean, like maybe three days max before it needs a charge. Lately it won’t even track my sleep at all. It’s so disappointing because ring
Not great
The ring itself is nice, that’s about it. It worked great for about 5 days and now it doesn’t track anything. It is fully charged and on my finger but it’s just an accessory at this point. Don’t get it.
Ugh
I don’t know if it’s the app or the ring, but the ring won’t connect to Bluetooth and it’s been on the charger for a while… loved it when it worked! 🙄 I’ll just invest in one of the fancier brands.
Update ruined sleep tracking

The ring looks good and is overall comfortable. Unfortunately, that is about the only good thing I can say. Steps are wildly exaggerated. Exercise tracker is equally unreliable. But, the main reason I wanted to use this was as a sleep tracker and it doesn’t. First night was spot on and I was very pleased, and then each ensuing night was worse and worse. App is free. Ring was cheap. Because of this, I am not mad, but I would advise everyone else to save your money, time, and energy for something else.

Horrible. Cheap for a reason.
DO NOT BUY!!! I bought my Halo Ring for $75. I should have just saved that and bought an Oura Ring. The ring doesn’t even read anything unless it’s exactly on my finger right. I have to do the reading myself. It doesn’t track anything right. A WASTE OF MONEY!!!

I received my halo ring and was so excited so I can track my health, with chronic illness taking over my life. It says to download this app via the instructions. This looks cheap and like a scam/temu version.. not at all like the website shows the app to be or even the things it tracks. I have yet to even use the ring. Just received. Still charging. Fits great, color is gorgeous. The free gifts that came with like stackable rings and a silicone cover look cheap and tacky. Again not at all like the ads or even what the influencers have by any means. They’re huge, and tacky looking. The silicone cover doesn’t even look like it’s going to fit the ring itself. Also came black, with a pink ring… I’m definitely second guessing my money spent. I feel totally scammed. Should’ve just spent the money on the Ours ring and app/subscription.

Works perfectly
Connected the ring to the app instantly, no issues. I’ve been connecting to Bluetooth speakers at the same time and neither is interrupted. All stats are functioning perfectly, my sleep info appeared once I got up out of bed. No complaints so far
Sleep aid sounds
Unfortunately these are intermittent and do not play in their entirety, just sporadic snippets.
Also it never logs my sleep correctly, I get up at 4am, the ring records 7 am, it gets my sleep start time correct but not my wake up time

Horrible Ring!
This ring just plain out sucks. Doesn’t track all the time, battery is low before the end of the day. The app doesn’t match the ring itself. I have tried to contact the company numerous times to return and no one answers. Worse “smart ring” I could have spent money.
Temperature change
I love the ring and app so far. Would like being able to change the temperature readings to Fahrenheit please!

There aren’t enough activities, Pilates, rowing machine, treadmill etc, the sleep monitor is a joke, really really bad
Preferred old app
Just updated. Don’t care for the way it shows my sleep phases, preferred the old app. Too late to go back.
Activity
While doing a selected exercise it won’t record the time unless you’re open to the app..I like to play on my phone while on the treadmill and watch videos. This was very disappointing after doing a 30 minute walk it said I only walked 2 minutes. Whole point of this ring was so it would track in the background. It also does not track menstrual cycles the way it’s advertised. If the app improved my experience with the ring would as well.

A little good, a lot bad
The ring looks and fits great. I assume the metrics on my heart rate and such are accurate. My steps are wildly different from the counter on my phone but that could go either way. I can’t seem to get a reasonable measure of my sleep. For example, I was up for several hours one night and it reported that I had slept through the night including “deep sleep” during the time I was awake. On the flip side, I slept all night last night from 10-6 and it reported that I only slept for 3 hours. The ring was fully charged and on my finger snugly as directed. I don’t know that it is worth the little it is offering me at this point.

Refuses to sync
The ring itself is nice and thin-ish, like the photos. But the app won’t find the ring!! It keeps saying that bluetooth isn’t enabled but i enabled all permissions when downloading the app and through my settings.
Won’t pair
I have spent hours using troubling shooting tips and it will not pair the ring to the ap.
Sleep Tracking
Overall ring does what is advertised to do. Sleep schedule needs to be fixed. We need to be able to set a sleep schedule. Working nights the ring does not monitor sleep accurately. I’ve slept with it three days now and may detect my first hour of sleep 7am-8am but not the remaining 7 hrs.
