Subscribed to watch recorded video
Was able to watch recorded video on the subscription I’ve had since the camera been installed now asking again to subscribe to a plan I already have now I can’t review video what’s up with that????

the unit itself has several issues that would make anyone aware of them purchase a different brand. motion detection is horrible which makes the light aspect useless for security. secondly the video recording function no longer supports saving your videos/recordings on SD cards and now cloud storage by paid subscription is the only option. they literally erased the previously free SD storage feature with new updates. camera is going in the trash.

This app does not show me every motion detected in my yard, let alone in the daytime, but especially at night people be in my yard and I’m not even aware I never get the notification but then when I go back later, I could see that someone was in my yard or sometimes it doesn’t even show when someone was there you it doesn’t even always detect car lights at night 🧐

App bugs since new update
Hello. Ever since yesterday, my app now closes upon opening randomly. I’ll need to completely close out the app and sign in again, for it to stay on again. Also what I noticed is, when going to one camera, it now makes the arrow to go back to the last screen, disappear.

This is a Tuya product but blocked off so you have to buy their cloud service! Can’t connect to anything!

Camera is good for the price but I got robbed and I tried to pay to see the footage but it was not there if you have money like that go ahead and buy it but I’m getting a Roku camera it’s free to watch all the videos and motion alerts so definitely do t recommend this and if u got this far u have the camera just throw it away and get a Roku one

Annoying that the app does not allow you to change the time settings from 24 hr to 12 hr.
I wish I knew before buying
My cameras spin towards the house on their own losing site of what it should be on. I have to readjust them frequently. The app is slow, crashes a lot and doesn’t allow me to use the focus. I tried passing the expensive charges but it’s not worth it. Why so expensive?? Why send a video alert if I can’t see the video?

Money grabbing pirates
This app worked fine for years. Never managed to connect via WiFi did connect via Ethernet. The fact that I’ve paid for a camera and an sd card and now the update stops you accessing your own sd card unless you pay for subscription. This is unacceptable and we need to find an alternative app. To clarify…they want you to pay to access your own sd card lmao

This app is an Ad machine with some camera functionality embedded in it. It’s a scam. Don’t use it on any product that supports it.

The cameras(2) are either the wrong cameras in the wrong box, or the instructions are wrong. When I was setting them up I was prompted to scan the QR code-it stated “wrong code!!” on the instructions within the box, and
the serial numbers with the included instructions on the device to “top off” the sim were the wrong serial numbers too? What kind of service or professionalism or integrity is going on with this company. I can’t reach any help but AI which repeats to reset the cameras and ignores the issues! Do not but from this company! I can’t use a SIM card because the required numbers in the devices are wrong. So I would be forced to purchase AI! This is a scam and ridiculous. I’m an elderly woman living alone and trusted Amazon to provide quality products for sale-so-two epic failures. I’m still not safe in my home.
