App crashing
Needs a app update loosing connection to cameras and telling me I have no network definitely needs a app update
Denied access
I was able to access the app to check my home and now today it’s telling me to log in and not accepting my password also a message displayed that I need a passcode to access app. There is no help tried contacting company but it’s useless. They are directing me to TikTok where I purchased camera. Waste of money purchasing this brand camera

Always Saying To Reset Modem But It’s The App And It Never Binds The Camera, Options Fail To Work. Sending These Cameras Back After Less Than A Week. Very Disappointing.
Logged itself out overnight
I spent an hour trying to login this morning without success. I regret buying this in a hurry without looking at reviews.
