Great Camera/Bad Ai Identification
The camera/notifications are amazing, but the Ai bird identification is horrible. Also g as you’re not counting on the Ai to identify the type of bird, this feeder is great.
Good product. App needs work, it’s fine but needs some QOL features.
Please add an option to turn on night vision permanently on for the C2U camera and also a dark theme mode for the app. I keep the camera in my pet enclosure and although there is no infared red light to scare my pet, every time the night vision turns ok it makes loud click and it scares him. If I can keep it on always it would be perfect.

Love Cinmoore
I have multiple Cinmoore cameras for security and to check on my pets when I’m working. Easy set up and pretty easy app to use. I haven’t figured out if the login has 2F yet, but if not, please think about letting us set up 2 factor!
App is awful
I’m the secondary on our account. Everything has worked perfect for about a day. Then, it deleted everything off my app and says there are no devices associated with my account. Logging out and back in does nothing. I even deleted and re-downloaded the app. Nothing. “No devices connected” even though I’ve been pulling up each camera’s feed for the last 24 hours or more. And it’s useless to have the stupid cameras if you can’t access the feed.

The last update put a big red banner right on your video feed advertising their cloud service and there is no way to get it off your video feed.

Declining app quality, not usable anymore
SD card recordings are unable to be downloaded. It says we must subscribe to a cloud storage plan. This makes no sense. The full view/landscape/sideways screen control does not work when watching recordings. Sometimes turning the phone sideways will change it to full view, but only rarely. It’s as if that feature is not loading into or not staying in memory. Also, the app support website is only in Chinese which I’ve reported to Apple, so it cannot support English and reporting a bug is impossible. This app has declined badly since last year. It really is not usable for the purposes I needed it for. I now need to purchase a new bird feeder that does not use this app.

Excessive Login Required
Latest updates have caused users to have to log in and agree to terms every time they access the camera. Please fix.
Randomly logging me out now
Used to be more reliable. I recently paid for a year membership for live videos and “privacy”. As soon as I pay $30 I start experiencing issues with the app. It used to sometimes lag but now it’s saying my session timed out whether I log in with a code or with my password. Super annoying. I updated to the last update and it didn’t fix the issue. App doesn’t have a HELP button or anywhere to report this issue. Someone please fix this.

Stopped working
App stopped working after 6 hours. No new notifications being sent after reinstalling and deleting multiple times
Bug fix please
Worked great until recently. Now it keeps asking me for my password every time I go to open app. Please fix this as it’s really making me mad.
Old wifi
Why does it only have 2.5 WiFi when everybody has 5g in America where this is being promoted? Can there be a software update because I bought this thing for no reason if not.
Connection
I purchased BC22U in Amazon. After downloading the application and followed the instruction for so called “easy set up”. Hopeless. I tried overnight trying to set up and the camera just end up dumping in the garbage.

I have set up many cameras that are similar to this one. This was a waste of money. It will not bind so is completely unusable. Total piece of junk!
No QR code on camera.
I bought the camera and no QR code on camera. Unable to connect… There’s any other way if u guys can make to connect?
Stop working
The minute I signed up for the monthly subscription it stopped working. Now I have to figure out how to cancel
Doesn’t work
Will not give notifications so unless I log in and constantly watch, I cannot see when a bird comes. Have tried everything and support was not much help either. Is not even logging events so no point in the feeder.
