The device works as advertised but has significant flaws. Apart from the delay in performing actions and slow live location, the GPS is not accurate. GPS doesn’t register some trips and shows that my vehicle is still in the location where I had previously parked the last time. This happens like 50% of the time which is a serious issue.
The ‘remote engine on/off’ feature is much worse. The on/off action works only for like 25-30% of time. Last night I was stranded for more than 20 minutes in a location because my vehicle couldn’t be unlocked. After sometime thankfully it got unlocked.
Customer Support is the worst. Nobody picks up the call and when the call back is opted, they don’t call in the booked slot. I haven’t been able to talk to them even once.
Overall I’m disappointed by the product and I’ve paid ₹1299/- for 2 years sim and app recharge. Wouldn’t recommend to anybody. Better products with higher accuracy are needed as this product pose serious security issues.

Not up to as expected
Bought this product around 1500 and after arriving have paid for 1299 to activate it and now the are asking for 709 per year to use there basic features like vehicle top speed safe parking to change vehicles icon and color even to watch ride history you have to pay. What a joke. And the best part for installation you have to pay around 400 to 500 so at end product cost will be approximately 4000 so don’t get fool by fake reviews and low price.
And also there should be an option to locate your vehicle directly from app or from google maps.

Worst GPS Tracker Experience – Drains Battery, Drains Money
This device is a complete disappointment and absolutely not worth the money
First of all, there is no option on iOS to add an emergency contact something so basic—and even after suggesting this feature multiple times, there has been zero response or improvement from their side.
Secondly, the pricing is ridiculous. You’re charged separately for different features, then app recharge, and then SIM recharge. It feels like you’re constantly being asked to pay more for things that should already be included. Completely not cost-effective.
The worst part is the battery drain. If the GPS device is connected and the bike is idle for just a week, it completely drains the battery. That makes the whole product useless in real-life situations.
Honestly, I would strongly advise people to avoid this device. It’s poorly designed, overpriced, and impractical. Instead, go for the new Jio tracking device—it’s far more sensible with a single recharge plan that actually includes everything.
