The device works as advertised but has significant flaws. Apart from the delay in performing actions and slow live location, the GPS is not accurate. GPS doesn’t register some trips and shows that my vehicle is still in the location where I had previously parked the last time. This happens like 50% of the time which is a serious issue.
The ‘remote engine on/off’ feature is much worse. The on/off action works only for like 25-30% of time. Last night I was stranded for more than 20 minutes in a location because my vehicle couldn’t be unlocked. After sometime thankfully it got unlocked.
Customer Support is the worst. Nobody picks up the call and when the call back is opted, they don’t call in the booked slot. I haven’t been able to talk to them even once.
Overall I’m disappointed by the product and I’ve paid ₹1299/- for 2 years sim and app recharge. Wouldn’t recommend to anybody. Better products with higher accuracy are needed as this product pose serious security issues.

Not up to as expected
Bought this product around 1500 and after arriving have paid for 1299 to activate it and now the are asking for 709 per year to use there basic features like vehicle top speed safe parking to change vehicles icon and color even to watch ride history you have to pay. What a joke. And the best part for installation you have to pay around 400 to 500 so at end product cost will be approximately 4000 so don’t get fool by fake reviews and low price.
And also there should be an option to locate your vehicle directly from app or from google maps.

Worst GPS Tracker Experience – Drains Battery, Drains Money
This device is a complete disappointment and absolutely not worth the money
First of all, there is no option on iOS to add an emergency contact something so basic—and even after suggesting this feature multiple times, there has been zero response or improvement from their side.
Secondly, the pricing is ridiculous. You’re charged separately for different features, then app recharge, and then SIM recharge. It feels like you’re constantly being asked to pay more for things that should already be included. Completely not cost-effective.
The worst part is the battery drain. If the GPS device is connected and the bike is idle for just a week, it completely drains the battery. That makes the whole product useless in real-life situations.

Accurate tracking and good price!
I’ve been using the Ajjas 4G Lite GPS tracker and I love how accurately it tracks my vehicle. The overall UI is very nice and easy to use. The pricing is solid, too—at 1550 for the device and 699 for the subscription, it’s good value.
My main suggestion would be providing a mechanic for installation. Right now, you have to figure it out yourself or find someone, though their support team is helpful over the call if you get confused. Also, I don't like that some of the best features are locked behind a premium paywall. To conclude, it’s still a great device for the price!

My Honest Review on the Ajjas Pro GPS Tracker
I got this device for around ₹3.1K with a one year subscription, and the annual subscription from next year is ₹699. I feel it’s completely worth it for the peace of mind it gives.
I’m naturally a very anxious person and this is my first bike (Triumph Speed 400) , so I’m always worried about someone stealing it. That’s why I went searching for a GPS tracker that would actually suit my needs. After checking so many options, Ajjas Pro was the only one that met all my requirement. The app also tracks my ride and which speed I was traveling at a particular time. The app has all the things I needed.
The vibration alert and the towing alert features were the main reason I chose it. Most other GPS trackers don’t offer this feature. Another thing I like is that you don’t have to cut any wires. You just attach it to the battery, and that’s it. No battery warranty issues.
I’ve even shared my app login with my loved ones so they can see where I am and check my speed, especially when I’m riding alone. The fall alerts are also really helpful since it sends an alert to my emergency contacts if the bike ever falls.
One more thing I want to mention is their customer support. When I checked the website, the model I wanted was out of stock. I called customer care to ask when it would be available, and from that moment, Vedhika from their team helped me with everything. Battery Update Missing
The device and app are functionally good. But there is a major issue with device battery status update on the app. The device battery simply doesn't get updated on the app. After usage of some days, the device will get discharged and simply turn off without any intimation to the user. Even the battery icon on the app shows almost 80% battery even in the discharged situation. We will simply observe that app shows wrong location of the car/device. Moreover, the app shows that it has updated location at a recent time stamp but that's wrong location.
I paid extra for being a plus member and raised this issue with customer care team. They gave me a replacement device but with the same issue. I think it's an hardware+software issue that they are neglecting even after complaints. I tried to raise the same concern about the new replaced device, but have been completely ignored by the customer care team with no response.

Awesome support from Ajjas and team
I have been using Ajjas device more than 3 years and last one year couldn’t use my vehicle due to personal reason. I bought a new vehicle and wanted to reinitiate my Ajjas device. Oh man it was flawless support from Ajjas team to reactivate my old device without breaking my bank balance. Excellent GPS Tracker with Great Accuracy and Features
I am using the Ajas 4G Lite GPS tracker, and I must say it is a very good device. Initially, I faced some issues—like inaccurate location tracking and the ignition on/off feature not working. However, after contacting their customer service (which is excellent), I was guided to reinstall it away from metallic parts near the battery. Once I did that, the tracker started working with great accuracy. All the features are impressive—the total distance covered in a day is shown in a clear graphical format, fuel consumption can be monitored, and the ignition on/off function works perfectly. Overall, this GPS tracker is absolutely worth it and one of the best additions I’ve made to my Classic 350.

For instance, I faced an issue where the Safe Parking Alert call wasn’t working, and despite raising the concern, it took 4–5 days to get it resolved. The issue was eventually fixed, but the delay in support response affected the overall experience.
If the support team can reduce the turnaround time for resolving such issues, it would greatly enhance customer satisfaction.
