Connecting to server issue

I am using the app for almost an year and its been 5 days i have problem that the app says connecting to server and then gives me times-out error. I have missed three days of trading and couldn’t login to my account. Tried to reach out to AKD but no +ve response.

App is not connecting to the server because of the older version as apple is constantly giving ios update
You have to update it according to iOS update
