Staff and both are slow and lazy
Staff are so lazy take years to open account and don’t contact for anything, you have to keep waking them up and app is best for 1980s. Copy pasted from JS InvestPro which was already a bad app
Worst experience for a beginner
I have not been able to purchase any shares ever since I started using AKD. It is my first time trading and rather than making the process simple the platform has made it even more complex. I get messages like “unable to trade at this time” or “invalid pin” when I have entered the right pin and even changed it to enter the new one.
The person who contacted me to set up my account refuses to answer my calls or questions. The helpline is mostly not answered and just hung up. When I did get in touch with someone on the helpline, they just told me to change my password. Which was, as expected, a useless solution. I have not found any useful videos online on my issue. I tried emailing but the mail delivery system is not sending the email through. Will soon withdraw funds and choose another platform.

Not User Friendly
Please make the app modern design . Not have even trade history of a stock. I think all Pakistan broker not want to work on their apps

Need update or fix bugs
There are too many bugs or glitches in this app plz fix it. Tomorrow i bought some share i am in profit but app shows me i am in loss. I got panic or sale my share immediately after some time i realize its a glitch.
