Staff and both are slow and lazy
Staff are so lazy take years to open account and don’t contact for anything, you have to keep waking them up and app is best for 1980s. Copy pasted from JS InvestPro which was already a bad app
Worst experience for a beginner
I have not been able to purchase any shares ever since I started using AKD. It is my first time trading and rather than making the process simple the platform has made it even more complex. I get messages like “unable to trade at this time” or “invalid pin” when I have entered the right pin and even changed it to enter the new one.
The person who contacted me to set up my account refuses to answer my calls or questions. The helpline is mostly not answered and just hung up. When I did get in touch with someone on the helpline, they just told me to change my password. Which was, as expected, a useless solution. I have not found any useful videos online on my issue. I tried emailing but the mail delivery system is not sending the email through. Will soon withdraw funds and choose another platform.

Not User Friendly
Please make the app modern design . Not have even trade history of a stock. I think all Pakistan broker not want to work on their apps

Need update or fix bugs
There are too many bugs or glitches in this app plz fix it. Tomorrow i bought some share i am in profit but app shows me i am in loss. I got panic or sale my share immediately after some time i realize its a glitch.
Slow and non responsive
The app is slow almost all the time and sometimes becomes non responsive. The company (AKD) has no channel to register complaints. This is an app which people use to invest their money, but the company is behaving as if they are running a free games app - and simple don’t seem to care.
Need Update
The application is really great with ease of use. However, the watchlist is not showing complete shares added but only one or max two. Despite being added, shares in watchlist can’t be seen. Hope the developers will look into it earliest.

Text size is too small in account tab. Not convenient to read and adjustable as well.
Very buggy
The app is full of buggs doesn’t shows the correct portfolio information. Please fix it.
Watchlist limited to 50 stocks only
App has all required functions. But watchlist allows only 50 stocks. Need to be increased to 100 stocks.
Wrong information
Wrong profit calculation, wrong market depth…. Difficult to operate. Simple thing made difficult. AKD this is disappointing.

While the app has improved, I believe it could offer even more value with certain enhancements. It would be immensely beneficial to have options to filter stocks by volume within specific sectors, as well as filter by market cap or sales within those sectors. Additionally, incorporating fundamental analysis tools such as financial statements and ratios (e.g., gross profit, net margin, interest cover ratio, debt to equity, and ROE) would greatly empower users.
Moreover, features allowing the sorting of stocks by buy percentage, identifying volume leaders, and filtering out losers by percentage would be invaluable.
These improvements would significantly augment the app's functionality, enabling users to conduct more comprehensive stock analyses and make informed investment decisions. Looking forward to potential updates integrating these enhancements!

Good concept but too much bug

Very Good App. Just need to quash a few bugs
1- current value shows erratic value if one of the scripts is not traded during the day
2- Market Depth shows erratic values at the time of order placement
3- Deposit Fund is not available
4- Sharia list is not updated eg PAKD, TOWL
