Poor customer service
This company has proved to be most unprofessional entity I have ever tried. They re unable to open and operate my account despite taking over two months time/ countless e mails back and forth, and providing them complete service paperwork. They keep shifting blame on NCCPL and CDC and the cycle goes on. They have even charged me twice Rs 2000/- for manual account opening but every time they failed.
I would suggest stay away from them and chose some better company.

Warning 🚨: Great Idea, Weak Support
I have been using Finqalab for about eight months, and my experience with customer support has been extremely disappointing.
Responses to support requests are often delayed, and when replies finally arrive, they tend to be generic and unhelpful, almost as if they were automated messages rather than real assistance. When financial transactions or investment opportunities depend on timely support, this level of responsiveness is unacceptable.
Unfortunately, I recommended this platform to friends and people in my social circle earlier, and some of them invested significant amounts based on my suggestion. Because of the ongoing support issues, I now regret making that recommendation.
For anyone considering investing through this platform, I strongly suggest evaluating the quality of customer service first. In my case, the lack of timely and meaningful support has led me to move my trading activities to KTrade.
Reliable support is critical when dealing with financial markets, and that has been the biggest weakness in my experience with Finqalab

Poor customer service
Twice tried to open an account. Repeatedly faced hurdles which are taking weeks to resolve and the staff in touch seems to have no care at all. Talking like robots.

Finqalab is what robinhood was for USA, the gateway for retail into financial markets backed by the greatest UI/UX in the industry along with a great community and support. Backed by a solid name and house, great to see them keep improving and implementing user feedback.
