Fraud Suscriptoon Charges
I received 7 charges of $30 from this company just today on my debit card. I have never had a subscription with them that I know of. How do I stop the charges ?

Akool is so outdated and incapable it’s not even funny. I paid for one year in full, had repeated bad generations and hardly used it. The only way this company gets repeat business is by auto renewal of your subscription. When mine auto-renewed, I contacted the company immediately requesting a refund and they denied the request. Fortunately, Akool is easily replaced by any LLM subscription.

Don’t sign up! I did free trial and they charged me straight away. Asked to cancel and they never did. I have been charged for 3 months.

This app sucks. I paid $30 for the subscription and tried to make several face-swap videos, but none of them came out right. I used different photos and videos. Straight trash ♻️
Payment taken, Max plan not attributed
I upgraded the plan from Pro to Max, paying almost $500 for the Max plan, yet I am not able to use the Max plan.
