Literally the worse customer service and app
The app kept crashing after creating an account but they charge my card and subscription. I reached out to customer service and they were very rude and said it’s what it is. I do not recommend this app At all!
Payment doesn’t work
Trial started but says payment failed but it’s app issue, and everything I want to try says upgrade so I did but payment fail

不正請求の詐欺会社
以前まではサービスを使ってました。もう使わなくなったので無料プランに変更して数ヶ月経った頃、突然クレジットカードの利用明細に請求がきてました。
しかも、これまで入ったことのない高額な有料プランの請求。
久しぶりにログインしてみると勝手に有料プランに入会したことになっており、即退会されてました。Akoolにメールで連絡し、不正請求のため止めてくれと連絡をするも無視される。
すぐにクレジットカード会社に使った記憶もなく明らかな不正請求であるため、支払いを止めてほしいとお願いし、調査を開始してもらいました。
クレカの番号も変えもうこなくなるだろうと思っていたところ、翌月のまた同じ時期に同様の金額が請求されました。
新しく変えて間もないクレカ番号がどこからリークされているのか。再度Akoolに連絡するも変わらず無視されました。
SNSでも同様の被害にあっている人がいるようでした。
このサービスに登録すると個人情報を抜かれ不正な高額請求にあうことになるため全くオススメしません。

Horrible clunky app. Year subscription doesn’t update any pro functions. Stay away.

I’m shockingly annoyed that you can’t purchase additional credits. 600 a month with pro plan (shows other higher level plans but they aren’t even an option to purchase in app) and it costs over 100 credits to face swap a video. Am I missing something?

이런 날강도같은새끼들 번역도 제대로 안되어있고 무료체험 취소도안돼고 뭐 하나 잘못눌렀는데 갑자기 9만원결제되서 어이털리네요 무료체험 되어있는서비스 탈퇴하려고 탈퇴하기 하는데 탈퇴는 되지도않아요 심지어 얘네는 앱스토어 통해서 결제하는것도 아니라서 애플 도움도 못받습니다 카드사 따로 전화걸어야해요 이런 쓰레기같은앱 절대 쓰지마십쇼 제가 희생했습니다.

ワンクリックでクレジットが購入されます。購入されたクレジットは返金不可。私は1か月分だけ購入しようと思ったのですが、誤って1年契約してしまいました。すぐに気づいて運営に連絡しましたが返金不可とのこと。悪意を感じました。海外のアプリなので使う方は気をつけてください。知らぬ間に課金されます。
Horrible AI
I’m sorry, I hate to leave such a negative review, but the AI generation from just the two photos I uploaded is horrible. It’s very choppy and almost looks like an NPC in an old game. I expected better. I was trying it out before buying it and wasn’t impressed at all. Maybe I needed to upgrade to see better results? If that’s the case, please let me know, but what I saw didn’t persuade me to upgrade.
