Seems like a scam
Having to create an account before seeming how the app works is normally annoying. Requiring my phone number was too far for me. I get enough scam calls as it is. Reading other reviews that the app requires logging into your bank accounts to add credit cards is crazy.
Banking info??
Why would I need to link my bank to get 10%. Hard no.
Card Linking
Good idea to support small business. However, I don’t know why I would need to log into my bank account in order to link my card. That alone made me delete the app. I should be able to link my card without logging in. I know it says it’s secure but I’m a bit of a skeptic.

Being rewarded for shopping local!
The Akronite app is one of my favorite things to come out of 2020. At first, I was a bit confused on how it worked, but I soon found out how simple it is. Once you link your cards to the app, the work is done! Just continue shopping around at your favorite Akron businesses, and odds are you’ll be rewarded :) The redemption process is super simple too, the business owners will help you when you go to do it. Shopping local and being rewarded for it is a win/win for us all!

Confusing app to navigate
Great concept. Not well organized and wastes a lot of time scrolling through trying to find what you are looking for.
Needs work
Much potential, but needs a lot of work.. nearly impossible to navigate.
Needs capital one as an available card to link
I am super excited about this app and it looks amazing. However without being able to link to a capital one card, I can’t use it. Please update and I will come back with a 5 star! Thank you!
Good but some improvement needed
Cool interface and design, but there really needs to be a map on the home page to find businesses as opposed to scrolling through pages of logos or names.

Doesn’t work
I love the idea of supporting local businesses however this app needs some work. After downloading the app I was unable to get past entering my address.

Colu app missing useful category organization
App is poorly organized. There is no good way to see all restaurants or clothing stores or anything by category. Instead, you side scroll through all business types by proximity, trying to guess full name from first 6-8 letters of truncated title. Each biz has a category, but you can’t even use it as a search term! Also map with pins for business locations would be helpful as well.

Was hopeful but...
First, I’m confused on why an app to support “local” was outsourced to Israel.
Second, the interface is awful to use. I feel like there should be a map (since it asked permission to use my location). There’s no way to know what’s actually close.
Third, in order to reap “blimps”, you have to link a credit card. Um, what?! No thanks.
