Message feature is unusable
Can’t message my provider because the app won’t let you minimize the keyboard so you can hit send.
Information
This app doesn’t retain much of the information such as note from the doctor, appointments, or messages. I couldn’t go back and see previous messages between the doctors and myself concerning medications and visits.
Simple, no-nonsense app that works well
I use this app a lot to message my care team. It’s straightforward and shows me everything I need and nothing more. There have been some updates over the past year that have been really helpful too.
Keeps crashing
The app keeps crashing every time I type in my log in information. So I am unable to see my data. Quite frustrating.
Not ready … ?
Developers haven’t set an Associated Domain so users have to search for it each time. 1Password doesn’t know what to suggest.
Perhaps more importantly, the ‘App Support’ link just goes to a marketing page - no way or place to enter bug report or request support.

App doesn’t work
Worked fine for a while. Now I get an error when I try to log in and cannot access my record. Was told to uninstall/reinstall app which did not work.

First time I downloaded the app to see my results, it threw me out when I clicked on " view". I was told to Re-download the app and try again. Did that. Now it throws me out when I click log in.

Proof of Concept Quality Product
This app is what I would call proof of concept. It’s got some of the basic functionality, but lacks important capability and has a UI that needs major work. I use the iOS version which is similarly lacking, but was shocked to see how poorly designed even the logon screen is for the Mac OS version. Given the lack of attention to detail and the poor customer facing presence, I feel nervous about trusting health information on this platform. I hate leaving poor reviews, ut as a software guy feel it important to give honest feedback. You’ve got a lot of work to do. Fortunately for you, there are some far more polished competitive products on the market to get a baseline.

In addition, we are fully HIPAA compliant and SOC2 certified. So you can be confident that our platforms are safe and secure. While our patient portal is relatively new, our clinic platform has been around for several years and all our platforms go through continuous security testing.
