Poor App
Very poor app. There was a recent update. After updating the app keeps giving error to update the app to continue using services. Which I did already. I also deleted and reinstalled the app. But same error appears.
Poor Digital Experience Always
BAHL is so bad at digital banking, especially if you are overseas and I have written to them so many times but they do not learn or do much. Corporate banking has tones of login issues and now personal banking as well. My login works on desktop but same login does not work on iPhone. They stopped adding Payees on desktop but mobile cannot even login so you are practically locked out making any payments. No WhatsApp support for overseas. Seems the have poor IT team that never tests anything before launching. So frustrating.

Extremely Poor User Experience – Forces Location & Notifications with No Control
The app is very frustrating and feels overly intrusive. It aggressively demands location services to be enabled for “personalized banking,” but provides no real transparency on what data is collected or how it’s used.
Worse, if you turn off location access for the app, it simply closes/crashes immediately. Even when location is enabled, the app then forces you to keep notifications turned on as well. There is zero flexibility — users have no meaningful control over their own privacy settings.
This kind of mandatory, all-or-nothing approach is highly authoritarian and disrespectful to user privacy.
I’m genuinely surprised this is allowed on the App Store. Apps with such coercive permission practices should be reviewed more strictly.
Strongly recommend avoiding until Bank Al Habib fixes these issues and gives users proper control over permissions.

Very slow and most of the time is down
Very slow and disappointing app never work on time and most of the time they are updating transferring any amount is terrible they need to see UBL habib bank and Standred chartered bank app and learn what is app
WORST APP AND BANK EVER
If I could give this bank and app -5 stars I would. It locks me out of my account on a weekly basis even though I am putting in my correct credentials. The bank managers and helpline are totally unhelpful. This is literally the worst bank ever. Shame on you guys.

I have called many times from abroad to access my account online but customer service and branch guy keep telling me one thing then another. Now app isn’t working and can’t access from website.No robo call and still unable to access.

Very good banking system
Bank Al Habib has been my trusted bank for over 5 years. Their services are excellent both in Pakistan and abroad I've been using them seamlessly from Saudi Arabia for the last 2 years. Truly professional and reliable

Digital banking
Most disgusting experience with this bank please open your account in some other bank, in every 3 to 4 week it says incorrect password or username even they are save in my phone and Face ID activated, but still if I forget and change both there will be no OTP on my email or phone , and if after a week I manged to get changed both still it will show incorrect so so awful experience

Literally a waste of effort amd money
Its a literall waste of time anytime i open up my application it doesn't open, although it only loads. I will not recommend this bank to anyone.

This is app is total piece of trash. I am going through the registration process 3 times a day and device cooling off period is keeping me from logging in. I should have looked at their reviews if they can’t take care of their app they aren’t good at banking and their IT department needs to get fired!!!!
