Biometric verification bugs
Performed biometric and got error that this feature is not valid from outside country. Will fingerprints change outside country? Dumb thinking makes no sense.
Performed OTP based verification through robo call and verification through call call center. Got trusted device registered confirmation email. They asked to use app after coming period. Still when accessing the app, getting biometric verification screen and unable to access the app features.
Complained 3 times and Everytime got a standard generic response that perform biometric verification to use app.

Update Expiring CNIC
There’s no option in the app to update expiring CNIC.
Receipt Save option missing
There is not any option to save or share receipt of any transactions.
Poor App
Very poor app. There was a recent update. After updating the app keeps giving error to update the app to continue using services. Which I did already. I also deleted and reinstalled the app. But same error appears.
Poor Digital Experience Always
BAHL is so bad at digital banking, especially if you are overseas and I have written to them so many times but they do not learn or do much. Corporate banking has tones of login issues and now personal banking as well. My login works on desktop but same login does not work on iPhone. They stopped adding Payees on desktop but mobile cannot even login so you are practically locked out making any payments. No WhatsApp support for overseas. Seems the have poor IT team that never tests anything before launching. So frustrating.
