Cannot access it
This app does not work at all. You go to log in, then it will not go further until you do an update. So you are forced to do the update. That makes you reset your passcode. Though it sends you a OTP and when you reset it, it tells you that there was a problem. Correct, I cannot access my account online or via App. No wo when I go online to my account. All of my money is gone.

Horrendous App- worst online app ever
Transferred money via online app to my another local account in UAE and its been 6 days its still not transferred. Money was deducted from my account and transfer charges as well but i have still not received it. Contacted Customer care they said to send email as they had no idea where the money has gone. Other banking apps allow you to transfer money internationally and that too without any charges and the money is transferred instantly. Extremely disappointed with the service.

We waited to long to get an upgrade rather than downgrade
Poorly done app other than the fresh look and feel. Can’t switch between accounts easygoing. have been having issues with money transfer which was never a challenge in the past.

This bank is so behind on all aspects.the online experience here is the worst compared to other bank. I completely regret my decision to start dealing with it.
Luckily, I still have my old bank account that is amazing and their customer service and internet banking is so convenient.

I like the new version but the card doesn’t support paypal and Apple Pay why? Can you do support paypal?

Please update the app
For a bank as big as alhilal, you need to update your app as often as possible as it’s the new way of banking. Not updating your app not only causes bugs but is also a security risk. I really do hope you update it

ارجو استغلال خاصيه البصمه وغيرها للدخول مثل البنوك الاخرى، ارجو تطوير واجهة المستخدم وجعلها صديقه للمستخدم، واجهة المستخدم قديييييمه جدا، ارجو اصافة خاصيه السحب عن طريق البرنامج.

Unacceptable!!
The App. Crashes every time I try to add a payment, crashes in the login screen, even crashes when doing simple browsing.
Also the design of the app shows how much the bank really cares about it's costumes , it is a complete rubbish. Nothing is responsive, efficient nor working properly.
I see that this is a creation of an amateur, and not from a big well known bank in the country, therefore a major update is needed, because this is just unacceptable!!!
