FALSE INFORMATION
This company sells cars with false mileage and completely misleads customers.
I purchased a vehicle that was advertised with a low kilometer reading, but after checking, I discovered that the odometer had been tampered with and the real mileage was much higher. When I confronted them, they kept delaying, giving vague answers like “under review” and “we’ll update you soon,” without providing any proof or taking responsibility.
The car has been with them for several days, and they refused to cooperate or offer any proper solution. Their behavior shows a total lack of honesty and professionalism.
I have now proceeded with a legal case due to their fraudulent practices.
⚠️ Be very careful — they manipulate mileage and hide the truth from buyers.
Absolutely not recommended.
UPDATE: At first, they admitted their mistake and even agreed to provide a refund — but later completely went back on their word. This only confirms their total lack of integrity and accountability.
UPDATE 2: They are now trying to intimidate me by saying that “the UAE has strict laws” — while they’re the ones engaging in deceptive practices. I have every right to share my honest experience, and this review is 100% based on real facts and evidence.
UPDATE 3: after one week they still didn’t give me my deposit back. When it was supposed to be released in 2/3 days.

Connectivity Issues
The app has undergone improvements recently which is commendable. However, a major deterrent is how unstable it has become. The app constantly loses connectivity and fails to load vehicles, either it be on 5G or Wireless. I will update my rating once this major flaw has been resolved.
The worst App
Always when trying to bid on the car, the app is saying no internet, something says somethings wrong, sometimes even can’t be open, the bid on the Site is different and in the app is different when I tried to bid I Got scammed due to late responding on app. Always need to update but nothing changing no improvements, No doubt Al qaryah is the best auction but the developer of this App is probably still learning to develop an app or website. Hope to see some Valid improvements
