Needs Improvement
The foundational elements in the apps is solid. The only gripe I have are some “quality of life” improvements to make it easier to read the information presented to you without your phone trying to copy the text and blocking the info your are trying to read.
Also the Push Notifications is very misleading. All it does is stack the notifications within the app but the app never actually shows any notifications in Notification Center like 99% of the other apps do for push notifications. It would be a huge improvement to implement that feature into the app. When the User clicks on the notification in Notification Center, that should open the app, and mark the notification within the app as “read”.

Doesn’t update well. And I can’t find where to ping the location of my toys when I want to look. Not easy app to use compared to others

The tracker does not work and was forced onto me by dealership. Bad business practices.

I had this installed at the dealership. It’s been about a week. Thing won’t update location until next day or not at all. App is slow and buggy. Idk. Really bad experience so far. 2stars is generous too. I should give it 1

Doesn’t seem to work
At first the dealer installed the device and it wasn’t on. Dealer said sometimes the switch doesn’t go all the way on. Now that it is on, I set the geolock and don’t get updates when the bike is moved. I updated the date/time and it goes
Back immediately to the incorrect date/time. I have called and was told twice that I would get a call back from support but haven’t heard back. I have no idea whether app would be helpful in case of theft. Also, it can for days before updating the location. I have studied the users guide and it doesn’t answer any of these questions. Ready to take it back to dealer for a refund.

Used to work great
The app used to be spot on. But now after subscribing there have been several issues. Not informing me when leaving the geofence the location is about a half a mile off when it used to be only a couple feet. Not sure what has happened.
09-15-24 some problems fixed but still having issues. Shows bike in motion when parked.

The GPS device set up is not user friendly. I’ve been waiting to get a tracking update for hours since I activated new unwired device. Hoping the tracker will eventually show my location (at home) just to confirm the device works.
