Bad delivery service
Talk about a catch 22. I ordered a meal and I ordered two poblano cheese dips. My meal came with no cheese dip. I was told that I had to accept a refund for the cheese dip and re-order so I did however ordering two cheese dips doesn’t meet their minimum delivery requirements. So in order to get the cheese dip, I had to order another 10 or $11 worth of food. I really got screwed.

Nice app but fails badly when it fails
I like the food selection process. However. You choose a pickup time at the very beginning and if that time is too close by the time you finish entering the order, it dumps the whole cart and makes you start over. At least that’s what it did to me. How about just letting me set a new pickup time? Or saving my cart before dumping me back to the beginning? There has to be a better way.
