App has a bug
The app has a serious bug. I ordered 2 calzones and pepperoni rolls. All three showed on the final page before you pay, but the total was off. There was nothing for me to fix. So I hit submit. Arrived at the Stouts to pick up and only 2 boxes were there. Now I am in the parking lot waiting for them to make another while the first 2 get cold . Nice.

Best Pizza but the app to order needs some work. It glitched out three times before it actually took my payment.

Won’t let me order
This app won’t let me order. I open it, it tells me I have to “update now” and will not let me order. I’m taken to my App Store where I’m only given the option to “open” the app. So I open the app, it tells me I have to “update now,” and it will not let me order. I’m taken to my App Store where I’m only given the option to “open” the app. Ridiculous. I don’t know what is so important about “general app improvements” that it must completely shut down my ability to order a pizza.

Amazing Food (Better If You Call In, Then Pick Up…)
Love all of Stout’s food! They even have incredible salads! I adore their app…which you have to use to have things delivered or to redeem points. Only downside
is the comments/extra requests section doesn’t get seen or read by the staff. And often the extra sides, which are not free, are left off during delivery orders.
