Hill Country Bar B Que true to its roots. Fast friendly service. The meat is pretty well perfect. I really enjoyed it. The cream style corn was to die for.
Options are terrible
The app used to be perfect, but something has happened and they’ve taken the options away. For a BBQ place, the option to select lean or moist brisket is extremely important. Also for the drinks, there is no ice customization- and for some reason, they want to fill the drinks for you. Just leave the cups empty for the customers to fill when they get there, or at least have that as an option. They’ve also taken away the notes section where you can request such things. In addition, please make BBQ sauce as a choice for the breakfast taco sauces.
