Ability to redeem points not working.
Redeem button just refreshes the checkout page without applying points.
Wake Zone’s products may be good ... but the app not so much!
I’m a new user, and have not yet registered an account. Before registering, I want to determine if the app is something I will regularly use. If registration is required for features to work, that is bad development practice, in my opinion, unless the app notifies you of limitations upon opening it.
So, in this case, the Wake Zone app persists in prompting one to turn on location services, even after selecting “pickup” as the method of transaction. If you go through a pickup order and not gets to your cart, and if you change your mind, there appears to be no method of removing items from the cart. Another little bit regards some of the coffee order items that specify the choice of milk as a required selection, yet there is not an option to select “no milk”. Some of us like real coffee, with no other “delivery vehicles” added! I will give their coffee a try, but as a drive up customer; this app is simply too annoying and invasive of privacy for me to use.

Great App for a great coffee shop
I love the Wake Zone, and this app brings their incredible customer service straight to your mobile device. I love how I can order my drink with as much specificity as is needed and trust that it will be ready as soon as I arrive. I love ordering from the app and walking to the shop from my home. It’s a great experience all around! PLUS you’re first drink is free with the app!

Great Coffee, App could use some work!
I’ve ordered multiple coffees from The Wake Zone Coffee House and they are spectacular! If you haven’t tried I’d definitely recommend. However, the app ordering system wouldn’t allow to tip and made the transaction a bit complicated. Trying to avoid using cash during COVID-19 and still want to support this local business!!
