This update is terrible
Looks like whoever coded this never tested it. How does one see the locations before placing an order? Not intuitive. Previous version was fine. If it aint broke don’t “fix” it.

They say multiple times on their social media, at the truck, and on the app to make sure you are placing the order at the correct location you would like. They have different trucks in different places each day. Easy to use app and awesome bowls!!!
Diasappointing
I placed my order through the app and it automatically populated a location this time and not the location that I normally use or wanted at Raleigh orthopedic’s instead it put my order through without asking me or prompting me to pick a place, to the lifetime fitness location.The app said it would be ready in 20 minutes, I showed up to the Raleigh orthopedic location within 10 minutes and they said it’s their policy that any wrong order through the app is not their responsibility and unless the other place hadn't already made my drink they wouldn’t make me another one to replace it. Of course the other location had already made my order 10 minutes before they said it would be ready so I was just out of luck after paying for a $10 drink. If they are going to have a policy that strict about not honoring orders placed at the wrong location than their app needs to prompt you to pick a location rather than picking one for you. that’s just a terrible policy and customer service
