Unable to redeem points
I have around 10,000 points and when I try to redeem them at check out the option disappears.
Also, pick up time for orders is not accurate / live. Placed an order at 12:48pm , pick up on app showed 12:58pm. I waited for my order until 1:30 pm in store.
