This coco app isn’t the right one for the Vancouver BC area… I was so confused because I wasn’t able to collect points. So this is false information:(
Additional fees on App?
I don’t understand why orders from the app are being charged 0.25 for packaging on top of the regular price. Better to order at the counter.
Can’t reg, can’t find store
I scanned the QR code from the new west store To download the app. 10+ attempts and I could never get the “save” button at the bottom to go from greyed out to something clickable.
So I deleted it and went to the App Store. Downloaded the Vancouver app and registration seemed to work but then I couldn’t find the only store I’m interested in - new west.
Sounds like early franchise tech issues…

Why even have this if no store takes it?
went to multiple Coco stores today and the last week, and none of them take the app. What’s the point of it? Ridiculous.
Inaccurate store information and no support
Placed an order in the afternoon for one of the richmond locations. On the app it says they are open but when i arrived they are closed. Tried to contact support but there is actually no support email or phone # to contact. Now i paid for my drinks and no way to pickup or refund.
