Love the possibility to chat with doctors and my reimbursement took ONE MINUTE to be processed that is just incredible!!!

They always find reasons not to reimburse. They even keep you busy with asking for more and more documents and then they invent rules so they don’t have to reimburse. I don’t recommend this app and insurance company.

Alan n’a d’assurance que le nom, ils refusent de rembourser les soins dentaires et inventent des prétextes bidons (besoin de documents impossibles à fournir) pour ne pas vous rembourser.
Bugs blijven terugkomen
Een factuur uploaden is mogelijk , als je onmiddellijk een 2de wil uploaden ,sluit de app automatisch af. Zonder papierwinkel? Ok. Snel , neen, gebruiksgemak neen. Tijdverllies door dossiers niet in 1 keer te kunnen uploaden en afronden.
Amazing Health App with great functionalities
The Alan app and health insurance is really handy and easy to use. The reimbursement is very fast and all done via the app. It’s also very easy to chat with health specialists to get a second opinions or recommendations.

App works perfect, but the latest avatar creeps me out on ios, please replace or add functionality to switch to a different avatar?
