للدخول إلى الحساب الخاص بالمراجعين يتطلب الحصول على رقم سري لمره واحده وهو مالم يتم

رسالة الكود من ٦ ارقام ولا يسمح في التطبيق الا بكتابه ٤ ارقام فقط وبالتالي لانستطيع التسجيل فما هو الحل ولا يوجد ارشادات لطريقة التسجيل ولا يوجد مساعده فوريه ؟!

توجد اشكالية في اعادة رفع المستندات المطلوبة في حالة تم طلب مستندات اضافية بعد ارسال طلب المساعدة فليست هناك خانة اضافة المستندات للطلب المرفوع.
ولا توجد وسيلة تواصل بالباحث للاستفسار حول المستندات وكيفية الحصول عليها.
